Sir,

I recently purchased a set of stabilizers for my 27' travel trailer with scissor jacks. Like everyone else, I was skeptical at first but after listening to the sales pitch I decided to give them a try. Well the stabilizers showed up in record time and I was anxious about putting them on. I read the directions a couple of times and went outside to review the underside of my trailer. It looked like it would be an easy install, so the next day I got right into it. I did run into one little snag and ended up calling your help line but was not able to talk with anyone about the problem, no fault of yours. I continued on with the installation relying on my mechanical ability and I’m certain the job is satisfactory.

I was finally able to conduct the acid test and let me tell you, they performed well. The trailer was rock steady as it has never been before. The hardest part of the installation was the amount of time it took to do the job and crawling around on my back. When working by yourself it takes some time and there is no way to get around that. The directions were crystal clear and once I was able to read the instructions and then visualize the task it came together like peanut butter and jelly.

The only suggestion I would make is to add some pictures. Also, label the different components that are included in the parts list. I had to figure that out by process of elimination. A picture of the parts with a brief description would of helped out tremendously.

Thanks for producing a terrific product and I look forward to giving them the test this weekend while camping at French Camp.
