Just purchased mine this last weekend ($445. at Tacoma RV) and finished up the installation today. WOW these stabilizes are fantastic! The hardware is top notch and the instructions make it pretty easy- I agree that they are kinda pricey, but I  know I could not have made something anywhere near the quality and craftsmanship of these. It's worth it to me to get rid of the "walk around" movement.
